Management Team

Gary Hentschel, CEO

Mr. Hentschel is responsible for all operational, administrative and sales activities for ULGCompanies as well as strategic and management oversight of our three operating divisions. As an equity partner and Board member of ULGCompanies LLC , he is also responsible for the strategic direction and operating focus including product and geographic development and M & A activities.

Gary’s business career spans over 35 years including an extensive financial management background in commercial banking as well as serving as President of KeyBank Indiana from 2007 – 2015. Immediately prior to Key, Gary served as President & Chief Operating Officer for Personnel Management, Inc., (PMI) a Private Equity – owned light industrial staffing company, from 1996 - 2007. PMI grew to in excess of $170MM in revenues and was sold to a strategic buyer in 2008.   

At all of our ULGCompanies, the goal is to efficiently grow and diversify our products and our geography to create value and opportunities for all of our stakeholders – particularly our employees and our clients.

Gary is married with four children and two grandchildren. He enjoys biking and water sports.

Rick Pribanic, President of ULGMarine

Rick Pribanic is President of the Marine Division for ULGCompanies. In this role, Rick leads a team of experienced Marine staffing professionals strategically located throughout the U.S.  Rick’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the operation, sales, recruiting and P&L of all Marine regional offices.

Rick has extensive experience in the Marine / Shipbuilding industry which he proudly acknowledges came directly from his father’s 50 years of shipbuilding experience.   Before joining ULG Companies in 2011, Rick spent over twenty years working for a diverse range of shipyards and staffing companies including Ingalls Shipbuilding, Litton Industries, Northrop Grumman, Knights Marine & Industrial Services and Tradesmen International. He’s held various positions within these companies such as Industrial Engineer, Senior Industrial Engineer, Lead Industrial Engineer, VP of Sales and Marine Division Manager. His diversified background has laid the foundation for his current position with ULGCompanies.   

Rick’s goals are simple, growth through client and employee partnerships, integrity and just “striving to be the best that we can be”.

Rick is married with two children, two dogs and is an avid sports fan.

Mike Wolf CPA, Corporate Controller

Mike is responsible for managing the accounting/finance, payroll, and benefits departments of all divisions of ULGCompanies. Ensuring proper billing and collection of services to our clients, timely payment to our vendors, cash management, financial and strategic analysis, budgeting and forecasting, timely and accurate monthly financial statements, properly stated year-end financial statements and federal, state, and city tax returns, proper payment of all our employees every week, compliance with all states laws and regulations, and proper enrollment into the Company’s health insurance and 401K plans by all eligible employees while improving work efficiency and maintaining staff morale. Mike also manages banking relationships, insurance policies; lease agreements, health insurance and 401K plan as well as working closely with the senior management team to achieve the Company’s goals.     

Mike is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 20 years of experience at a public accounting firm providing audit, tax, and business consulting to small and mid-sized companies. Through analytical and problem solving skills he pinpointed opportunities for clients to gain efficiencies and realize cost saving initiatives. He has managed firm personnel and client relationships as well as presented audited financial statements and recommendations to client management and board of directors.     

Mike is excited to be working with a strong management team that is focused on growth by maintaining accurate financial records while providing solid strategic analysis and recommendations that will allow ULGCompaines to become a leader in the staffing industry.  

Mike spends much of his time outside of work at his four children’s various sporting events. He and his wife of thirteen years enjoy tackling home improvement projects as well as camping, hiking, and biking with their family.


Lucinda Comer, President of ULGStaffing

In her role as President of ULG Staffing, Lucinda leads an experienced and dedicated team focused on offering strategic and innovative workforce solutions for the vibrant light Industrial market in the State of Indiana. Some of the markets represented are: Manufacturing, Assembly, Automotive, General Warehouse, Logistics, Fulfillment, Distribution Food and Beverage, just to name a few. 

A highly skilled leader with over 20 years of experience in leadership, sales and operations, Lucinda also provides expertise in recruiting, employee relations and program development. Prior to joining ULG Staffing in 2016, Lucinda grew a former on-site Light Industrial Region to $30 million in revenue over a 5 year period. 

Our goal is continue to grow and expand our Light Industrial Division geographic footprint and provide strategic and innovative workforce solutions forming strong partnerships with our employees and clients.

Lucinda is married with 3 children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.
